With Thanksgiving around the corner ( less than 2 weeks ) it is important to be prepared: with a reservation.
Due to a Turkey / Bird flu outbreak earlier this year in the US, Thailand banned almost all import ( rightly so ). We were able to get a hold of a very limited supply of imported Turkeys as well as some locally raised Turkeys. However, we could have used some more to fulfill demand.
Thus my suggestion to make your reservations as soon as possible and don't wait until a day or two before...it may be too late for a turkey dinner. You may have to settle for a honey glazed ham instead ( not too bad either me thinks :)
